Went in at 330 on a Sunday and started to check in and when I did I was told "the wait is 15 to 20 minutes", which I was more than happy to wait, but then it was followed up by "Keep in mind we close at 4" so I responded "so you're basically saying do not bother checking in?" And very disingenuously she responds "Well we won't make you wait and not cut your hair.". I've been a bartender and understand the frustration of last minute walk ins but 30 minutes before you close you should not make your customer feel so unwelcomed and like they are inconveniencing you. Sorry for sharing but I couldn't let my frustration go unnoticed.
